Al Maqsad is a residential project in the New Capital, in Egypt, and it is one of City Edge Development projects, the company that was created as a result of a partnership between the House and Development Bank and the New Urban Communities Authority. First, you pay a 5% down payment, then 10% after three months, then the rest is paid through installments upon 5 to 7 years. Booking units started in the beginning of March 2019 and will continue until mid March, 2019.
