Cityscape Exhibition

  • The 13th edition of the Cityscape Exhibition will take place from the 25th to the 28th of Sept.
  • The Cityscape Egypt Conference will take place on the 16th of September at the Four Seasons in Downtown Cairo.

1. Cityscape Conference 

The Cityscape conference will be held on September 16th, with the theme “Unveiling Egypt’s Real Estate Renaissance: Building Tomorrow.” 

The conference aims to tackle challenges faced by developers and the broader real estate community in Egypt. 

In addition, it will explore the revitalization of Egypt’s real estate sector, focusing on government initiatives to support the industry and the financing mechanisms required for its ongoing growth.

2. Egypt Proptech Challenge

For the first time, the organizers of Cityscape have teamed up with the PROPTEX, 

which is the Proptech Acceleration Program supporting startups in digital transformation and real estate technology in the MENA region.

Alongside the competition, the event will feature mentorship programs, networking sessions, and group discussions, providing participants with valuable insights and unique networking opportunities.

To participate in this competition, startups and teams must meet certain criteria, including:

  • Teams must consist of at least two members, and founders should already have achieved monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
  • Offering innovative solutions in areas such as smart buildings and cities, commercial real estate, sustainable property technology, and green real estate.
  • The proposed solutions must be applicable within the Egyptian real estate market.
  • The solutions should incorporate some form of technology.
  • A complete model or MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of the solution must be provided by the startup.

3. Cityscape Talks

Cityscape is bringing you for the first time Cityscape Talks which is an inclusive program of different discussions and panels. It’s an awesome opportunity to connect and communicate with experts in the different fields of real estate.
