L'Hiver New Alamein resort is one of the latest projects of New Generation Developments Company (NGD), the project was designed in a strategic location at 107 km on the North Coast Road, near El Alamein Airport. The new L'Hiver village is distinguished by its distinctive modern designs.

L'Hiver North Coast includes all types of units: studios, chalets, townhouses, and twin houses, as L'Hiver New Alamein is considered one of the largest resorts in New Alamein; It covers an area of 75 acres, and its beach is 1000 meters long, directly on the sea. L'Hiver Resort has modern designs that suit all tastes and are in harmony with the surrounding nature, as the well-known KAD company developed all the innovative designs in L'Hiver North Coast Resort, and the design gave many advantages to the project, including 95% of the units overlooking the sea directly, with a construction rate that doesn’t exceed 18%.

The company that owns the project was keen to design the village so that it overlooks 95% of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea in the heart of the new city of El Alamein, while the rest of the units overlook directly green gardens, artificial lakes, and swimming pools in all parts of the resort. The company has allocated 82% of the total area of the village for green spaces, gardens, artificial lakes, benefits, and services in all parts of the village, and the rest of the space for units and constructions.
