As an expat, I went to Homecentre to purchase a mattress at Cairo Festival City Mall, and boy did I get a surprise. These thieves sent me a mattress I did not order and claimed they wouldn't accept the return. So, I had to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau, but I am unsure if they would help. Not only are they overpriced, but they will take your money, and you cannot return it as the law says. You have 14 days to return an item, no matter what the reason. Don't buy here. They have a rating of 2 stars, several complaints and from other reviews the customer service is bad. I was wondering why, and now I know. It's ok. A 2-star store won't be around long. Go at your own risk. Other than that, I love the Mall. I go before noon to beat the crowd
