Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment is an Egyptian joint stock company, affiliated with Dar Al Mimar Engineering Group. It was established in 2005 and works in the field of real estate investment and development. It was classified as one of the five largest companies in the Egyptian real estate sector in 2021. In 2005, Mountain View Real Estate Investment Company was established by a man. Amr Soliman works as one of the companies of Dar Al Mimar Engineering Group. In 2006, the company started its business by launching its first project, Mountain View 1 New Cairo, and began delivering the project units in 2010.

In 2016, the company launched the iCity New Cairo project in partnership with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, followed by the launch of the Mountain View iCity October project in 2017, with an area of 500 acres for each project.

In 2018, the company's total projects reached 15 real estate projects, and it was able to deliver 10 of them completely for housing.
In 2019, Mountain View was awarded the Top Employer Award for the best work environment, becoming the first Egyptian company to be awarded this certificate in the real estate and engineering development sectors.
