Using the 500 acres, the master plan of iCity New Cairo is divided into 5 districts; one for the residential area or the “islands”, one for the 6 parks in the city ( Lagoon Park, Royal Park, Creek Park, Central Park, Mountain Park, and Club Park).

Another district is dedicated to the iDrive area which is the only driving area in the city to keep the rest traffic-free. Finally, the whole city is connected with a 15km corniche.
